Frequently asked questions
Everything about pricing, licensing, timings and what we can take. If your question is not here, call us or send a photo on WhatsApp — the quote is free either way.
Pricing & Booking
Our prices are based entirely on the volume of rubbish you have, starting from our Mini Load price. You only pay for the space your items take up in our van, and the price is fixed before we start loading.
You pay for the space your items take up in the van and nothing else. Labour, loading, transport and licensed disposal are included, and the price is fixed in writing before we start.
Tell us on the day and we will confirm the extra volume and the extra cost before we load it. If the load is smaller than you booked, we adjust the price down. You never pay for space you did not use.
For a sofa, loft clearout, garden tidy or a few bags of builders’ waste, a collection is nearly always quicker and often costs less than a skip once the permit and hire period are counted. We load everything, sweep up and leave.
During opening hours, most photo quotes are answered within minutes. Messages sent in the evening are answered first thing the next working morning.
Collections
