The four steps
Send a photo of your rubbish on WhatsApp, book online, or give us a call. A photo works best because it lets us quote accurately for anything, from a single mattress needing furniture removal to a garage full of mixed junk removal. There is no site visit to arrange and no waiting around for a callback. Most photo quotes come back within minutes.
We price by volume, which means you pay for the space your items take up in the van and nothing else. Labour, loading, transport and waste disposal are all included.
The price we agree is confirmed in writing before any lifting begins, and it does not change on the day unless you ask us to take more than we agreed. It is how cheap rubbish removal should work: a fair price, fixed up front, from a licensed company.
Our uniformed two person team arrives inside the agreed window, whether that is a same day rubbish collection or a slot booked a week ahead. We carry everything ourselves, from any room and any floor, including upstairs furniture removal and heavy bulky waste collection. We protect your walls and flooring on the way out and sweep the space before we leave. You do not lift a thing.
Every load goes to a licensed waste transfer station, where materials are separated and around 95% of what we collect is recycled or recovered rather than sent to landfill.
You receive a waste transfer note for every collection as your legal record that the waste collection was handled by an authorised carrier. Nothing we collect is ever fly tipped.

The fastest option. Take a photo of the rubbish where it sits, send it over, and we reply with a fixed price, usually within minutes. It works just as well for a garden full of green waste as it does for office clearance.

Under the household waste duty of care, you are responsible for making sure your waste is passed to an authorised person. Apollo gives you the paperwork that proves it was.
Responsible waste disposal
Fly-tipped waste is still your responsibility if it can be traced back to you, which is why it matters who takes it away. Apollo collects as a licensed waste carrier, takes every load to a licensed transfer station, sorts it so that around 95% is recycled or recovered, and issues a waste transfer note so your disposal is documented.

In most areas we offer same day rubbish collection six days a week, subject to availability. If today is fully booked, we will offer you the next available slot and confirm your fixed price straight away.
Tell us on the day and we will confirm the extra volume and the extra cost before we load it. If the load is smaller than you booked, we adjust the price down. You never pay for space you did not use.
Apollo is registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier. You can look us up on the public register before you book, and we would rather you did.
Only if we need access inside. For kerbside or garden collections you can leave items ready and we will update you when we are done.
Yes. Green waste, soil, rubble, branches and mixed garden clearances are all collected, loaded by our team, and sent for recovery.

For a sofa, loft clearout, garden tidy or a few bags of builders’ waste, a collection is nearly always quicker and often costs less than a skip once the permit and hire period are counted. We load everything, sweep up and leave.
