Insured, licensed collections for Derby builders
Derby
From single items to full properties, Apollo provides the waste collection Derby households and businesses use when speed and proof both matter. We clear everything from the odd bulky item to whole properties, including garden waste, office waste and builders’ rubble. You agree a fixed price before we load, we take everything to a licensed transfer station where around 95% is recycled or recovered, and a waste transfer note follows. A Mini Load starts from £65.
A clearance is never just about the pile of waste; in Derby it is also about access, stairs and parking. Some jobs mean carrying down several flights of stairs, others mean loading from a back lane, and a skip parked on the street usually needs a council permit. Our crews work in Derby every week, so when you tell us what you have and where it is, the price and the time slot we give you are ones we can keep.
What we clear
One call, one price, one collection. Each quote bundles labour, loading and licensed waste disposal Derby customers can prove was done properly. Pick what fits best and we will confirm the details and the fixed price ahead of collection.

Skip or collection for Derby shops: the pros and cons
Many people in Derby start by looking for a skip without asking whether a skip is the right fit. You get a skip that blocks the drive for days, a council permit if it is on the road, and the job of filling it. With a man and van there is no waiting: we arrive as agreed, load everything, sweep and leave, billing only for space.
When the job is small to medium, a van is quicker and, with the permit and hire counted, often cheaper. For builders, our construction waste disposal Derby service collects rubble and offcuts between trades and keeps the site clear. Where a skip really wins is on long projects with waste coming out over weeks, and we will say so if that is your job.

Why Apollo
Real waste removal takes more than a van and a strong back. This is what booking Apollo in Derby actually means. It is how we work across Derby.
Our upper tier waste carrier registration is held with the Environment Agency. You can look us up on the public register before you book. It is all included when you book in Derby.
There are no hourly rates or weight surcharges. The price you approve before we load is the price you pay. It is the same for every job in Derby.
Our crews know the area well. Parking, access and timing are planned before we set off. It keeps every Derby collection quick and simple.
We sort every load at a licensed transfer station. Reusable items are reused and materials are separated for recovery. No job in Derby is too small to ask about.
Just show us what needs to go. Our crew of two handles all the carrying and loading. It is the same promise for homes and businesses in Derby.
Across Derby, same day slots are available when we have space. We fix the price before we start. That is the standard for every job in Derby.
Councils across Derbyshire deal with fly tipping all the time, and they do prosecute. What often goes unnoticed is that if your rubbish is found fly tipped and linked to you, a fixed penalty of up to £600 can be issued to you even if a so called collector dumped it. So there is a real difference between cheap rubbish removal Derby people regret and good value done properly. Apollo provides a waste transfer note every time, so you have waste disposal Derby wide that is documented and your duty of care is met.

The fixed price is confirmed in writing before loading and only changes if you add items on the day. Our Derby crews do this every week.

It is one less thing to worry about in Derby.
