Waste transfer note on every job throughout Hereford
Hereford
Apollo is a licensed waste collection Hereford service for anyone who wants the clutter cleared quickly and the disposal done by the book. Furniture, garden waste, loft clutter, shop fittings and builders’ rubble all go on our vans, from homes and premises across Hereford. You get a written fixed price up front, licensed disposal with around 95% recycled or recovered, and a waste transfer note for every collection. Our Mini Load starts from just £65.
In Hereford, the route from the rubbish to the van matters as much as the load itself. Parking restrictions, stairs and shared hallways are part of everyday collections here, and planning for them is what keeps a slot on time. We collect in Hereford week in, week out, so a quick photo and an address are usually all we need to give you a price and slot we can keep.
What we clear
A single booking covers the crew, the van and the price. Each price includes the lifting, the van and licensed waste disposal Hereford customers can rely on, with nothing extra on the day. Choose the closest match and we will confirm everything before loading begins.

03
Hedge trimmings, grass, leaves, soil, turf, fence panels and old sheds, loaded straight from the garden so nothing is dragged through the house. We send Hereford garden waste for composting and recovery wherever we can. That is the Apollo way in Hereford.
04
Mattresses, sofas, bed frames, cabinets and white goods, collected from houses, flats and maisonettes. With our bulky waste collection Hereford service, the price depends only on how much van space is used. Items that can be reused are donated wherever possible. It makes clearing a Hereford property far easier.
05
From a single office to a whole floor, we remove desks, chairs, equipment and fittings outside working hours if needed. Every Hereford customer gets the same service.
06

Skip or van for Hereford property managers: a quick guide
It is common in Hereford to book a skip by default, even when a skip is not the best option. A skip needs space on the drive or road for days, often a council permit, and all the loading is yours. A man and van collection is different. We arrive inside an agreed window, load everything ourselves, sweep up and leave, and you pay only for the space your rubbish takes up.
When the job is a sofa, a garden tidy, a loft or a few bags of builders’ waste, a van collection tends to be faster and often costs less overall. Builders and fitters use our construction waste disposal Hereford service to clear rubble, plasterboard and strip out waste between trades, with no skip on the drive. Where a skip does make sense is a long project producing waste over several weeks. If that is your situation, tell us and we will say so.

Apollo is an Environment Agency registered upper tier waste carrier. Our details are on the public register for you to check. Every Hereford booking is handled the same careful way.
You will not pay by the hour or by weight. The price agreed before loading is final. That is what Hereford customers tell us they value most.
Our teams are regulars in Hereford. We plan the access and parking in advance. We are glad to help anywhere in Hereford.
We sort every load at a licensed transfer station. Furniture that can be reused is reused, and materials are separated by type rather than tipped as one pile. Our Hereford team will confirm everything first.

Across Hereford, same day slots are available when we have space. Your price is fixed in advance. We keep it simple for Hereford customers.
Councils in Herefordshire investigate fly tipping and take offenders to court. The surprise for many is that if your waste is dumped and can be traced back, you could face a fixed penalty of up to £600 even though another person dumped it. It is the difference between cheap rubbish removal Hereford people later regret and an affordable service done by the book. Apollo issues a waste transfer note on every collection, meeting your duty of care and giving you waste disposal Hereford residents can prove was done properly.
