Licensed house and garden clearances for Pontefract homes and businesses
Pontefract
Apollo is the waste collection Pontefract customers recommend to neighbours: quick to book, fixed in price and licensed from start to finish. We collect household clutter, garden waste, furniture, office and shop waste and builders’ waste from any address in Pontefract. We confirm the fixed price before lifting a thing, deliver every load to a licensed transfer station for sorting, and send you a waste transfer note as proof. Prices start from £65 for a Mini Load.
Rubbish removal is simple on paper, but in Pontefract the details of each property make the difference. Upstairs flats, shared entrances, tight parking and long garden paths all change how long a job takes, and a skip often needs a permit where a van does not. Send us the details and a photo, and we will give you a fixed price and a slot that our Pontefract crews can actually meet.
What we clear
No hourly rates and no second trips: one team, one price. Each price includes the lifting, the van and licensed waste disposal Pontefract customers can rely on, with nothing extra on the day. Choose your collection type and we will confirm the size and fixed price before any lifting.

Skip hire or a van across Pontefract: an honest view
A skip is the default choice for many in Pontefract, but it is not always the right one. Skips mean days of the drive or road being taken up, a council permit if on the highway, and doing the loading yourself. With a man and van, we turn up when agreed, carry and load everything, tidy up and go, and you pay for the space your rubbish takes.
For a single item, a loft, a garden or a few bags of rubble, a van collection is usually quicker and often costs less. For builders and fitters, our construction waste disposal Pontefract service takes rubble, plasterboard and strip out waste between trades without tying up the drive for a fortnight. For waste building up over weeks, a skip can work out better, and we will say so honestly.

Fly tipping is a problem in Pontefract as it is across West Yorkshire, and councils take it seriously. What often goes unnoticed is that if your rubbish is found fly tipped and linked to you, you can be issued a fixed penalty of up to £600 even if a so called collector dumped it. That is the difference between cheap rubbish removal Pontefract residents come to regret and cheap rubbish removal that is done properly. Apollo hands you a waste transfer note on every collection, giving you waste disposal Pontefract customers can prove and a duty of care that is met.
