A skip or a van for Torpoint landlords and agents: an honest view
Lots of people in Torpoint assume they need a skip, when a collection would do the job better. Skips sit outside for days, may need a permit from the council, and leave the lifting to you. Book a man and van instead and we arrive inside the agreed window, load and sweep, and charge only for the space your waste takes.
For a single sofa, a loft clearout, a garden tidy or a few bags of builders’ waste, a collection is nearly always quicker and often costs less than a skip once the permit and the hire period are counted. Our construction waste disposal Torpoint service lets builders clear rubble, plasterboard and strip outs between trades, keeping the site and drive clear. A skip can still make sense for a long project producing waste over weeks, and if that is you, we will tell you honestly.
