Fixed price clearances for Totnes homeowners
Totnes
For a waste collection Totnes landlords, tenants and builders can rely on, Apollo combines fast slots with paperwork that proves where every load went. Furniture, garden waste, loft clutter, shop fittings and builders’ rubble all go on our vans, from homes and premises across Totnes. Each collection comes with a price agreed in advance, sorting at a licensed transfer station where around 95% is recovered, and a waste transfer note for peace of mind. The smallest load, a Mini Load, is from £65.
Clearing a property in Totnes is rarely just a question of how much rubbish there is. Upstairs flats, shared entrances, tight parking and long garden paths all change how long a job takes, and a skip often needs a permit where a van does not. Send us the details and a photo, and we will give you a fixed price and a slot that our Totnes crews can actually meet.

A skip or a van for Totnes flats: compared
A skip is the default choice for many in Totnes, but it is not always the right one. A skip blocks the drive or the kerb for days, needs a council permit on the highway, and all the loading is down to you. Our man and van collections are simpler. We turn up in an agreed slot, load it all, sweep up and leave, charging only for the space your rubbish fills.
Smaller jobs such as one sofa, a loft clearout or a few bags of rubble are nearly always quicker by van, and often cheaper once you count the skip permit and hire. Trades rely on our construction waste disposal Totnes service to clear rubble and plasterboard between stages, with no skip on the drive. If you are renovating for weeks, a skip might suit you, and we will tell you straight.
