Rubbish gone, paperwork done for Whitby flats
Whitby
When people need rubbish gone quickly and want to know where it ends up, Apollo is the waste collection Whitby households and businesses turn to. We collect household clutter, garden waste, furniture, office and shop waste and builders’ waste from any address in Whitby. Nothing goes in the van until you have approved the price, and nothing leaves our hands except at a licensed transfer station, where around 95% is recycled or recovered. Our Mini Load starts from just £65.
Across Whitby, the type of building and the way in matter as much as what needs to go. A loft clear out in a semi is very different from an office strip out on a busy road, and both are easier with a van than with a skip and a permit. Working across Whitby and the rest of North Yorkshire every week means our quotes are realistic and our arrival times are kept.
What we clear
A fixed price, a two person team and a single visit. Each quote bundles labour, loading and licensed waste disposal Whitby customers can prove was done properly. Choose the closest match and we will confirm everything before loading begins.
01

02

03
Branches, grass cuttings, leaves, turf, soil, old fencing and sheds, all loaded straight from the garden. Garden waste from Whitby goes to licensed facilities for recovery, not landfill, wherever possible. It is one reason Whitby keeps recommending us.
04
We remove sofas, beds, mattresses, wardrobes and kitchen appliances, even from top floor flats. Our bulky waste collection Whitby prices are set by the space items take up, with no extras. Furniture fit for reuse goes to donation where possible. Message us and we will reply quickly in Whitby.
05
We remove office furniture, electronics and shop fittings, with out of hours visits available. We handle the commercial waste collection Whitby businesses book weekly or monthly, with a transfer note each time. All loads are recorded with a waste transfer note. That goes for every address in Whitby.
06
Builders’ rubble, plasterboard, offcuts, tiles and old fittings are loaded straight from site, without a skip. Each collection in Whitby is documented, with rubble, timber and metal separated for recovery. It makes clearing a Whitby property far easier.
07
Old carpets, broken chairs, bags of clutter, loft boxes and that garage pile you have been meaning to deal with. If it is safe to handle, there is a very good chance we can clear it in Whitby. It is the same promise for homes and businesses in Whitby.

Skip or crew for Whitby residents: compared
Many Whitby customers come to us after realising a skip was not what they needed. With a skip comes a hire period, a council permit for the road, and the job of filling it yourself. Our man and van crews arrive within the agreed window, handle all the loading, sweep up afterwards and charge only for van space.
Smaller jobs such as one sofa, a loft clearout or a few bags of rubble are nearly always quicker by van, and often cheaper once you count the skip permit and hire. If you are a builder or fitter, our construction waste disposal Whitby service removes rubble and strip out waste between visits, with no skip to manage. On a long renovation producing waste for weeks, a skip can make sense, and we will point that out if it does.
