Fixed price man and van for Penzance builders
Penzance
Think of Apollo as the waste collection Penzance people call once, because the price is fixed, the crew does the work and the paperwork follows. We collect household clutter, garden waste, furniture, office and shop waste and builders’ waste from any address in Penzance. You agree a fixed price before we load, we take everything to a licensed transfer station where around 95% is recycled or recovered, and a waste transfer note follows. You can book a Mini Load from £65.
Clearing a property in Penzance is rarely just a question of how much rubbish there is. Tenancy turnovers with lift access, sheds at the bottom of sloping gardens and offices on upper floors each need a slightly different plan. Our crews work in Penzance every week, so when you tell us what you have and where it is, the price and the time slot we give you are ones we can keep.
What we clear
A single team, a single price and a single visit. Each price includes the lifting, the van and licensed waste disposal Penzance customers can rely on, with nothing extra on the day. Find the service that matches your job below, and we will agree the load size and price first.
01
Moving out, downsizing or clearing a tenancy? We clear houses, flats, lofts, sheds and garages across Penzance. It is the cheap rubbish removal Penzance people recommend, because low prices come with proper paperwork. Every room, every floor: we carry, we load, we sweep.

03
Tree branches, hedge trimmings, lawn turf, soil and old fencing are loaded straight from the garden. Our Penzance crews keep green waste separate so it can be recovered rather than landfilled. It all starts with a quick photo from Penzance.
04
We take sofas, armchairs, beds, mattresses, wardrobes and appliances, including from upstairs flats. As a bulky waste collection Penzance service, we charge by the space your items take, nothing else. Where it can be reused, furniture is set aside for donation. That goes for every address in Penzance.
05
Desks, chairs, IT equipment, shop fittings and general office waste, with visits outside trading hours to keep disruption down. We also provide the regular commercial waste collection Penzance businesses need, with a waste transfer note for every load. All loads are recorded with a waste transfer note. A photo is usually all we need from Penzance.
06

Skips or vans in every corner of Penzance: an honest view
A lot of people in Penzance search for a skip before working out whether a skip suits the job. A skip needs space on the drive or road for days, often a council permit, and all the loading is yours. A man and van collection is quicker: we arrive inside the agreed window, load it all, sweep up and leave, charging only for the space used.
For a single item, a loft, a garden or a few bags of rubble, a van collection is usually quicker and often costs less. Fitters use our construction waste disposal Penzance service to clear plasterboard and strip outs as they go, without a skip. For a project lasting weeks, a skip may be the right call, and we would rather tell you than sell you the wrong thing.
