Same day rubbish collection slots for Salcombe landlords and agents
Salcombe
When people need rubbish gone quickly and want to know where it ends up, Apollo is the waste collection Salcombe households and businesses turn to. We take mixed household rubbish, garden waste, bulky furniture, commercial waste and builders’ waste from anywhere in Salcombe and the rest of Devon. Each collection comes with a price agreed in advance, sorting at a licensed transfer station where around 95% is recovered, and a waste transfer note for peace of mind. Our Mini Load starts from just £65.
Rubbish removal is simple on paper, but in Salcombe the details of each property make the difference. A garage clear out with drive access is quick, while a third floor flat with a narrow stairwell takes careful planning, and a skip on the road would need a council permit. Since we are in Salcombe every week, we can plan around the access and give you a price that does not change on the day.
What we clear
One call, one price, one collection. Each price includes the lifting, the van and licensed waste disposal Salcombe customers can rely on, with nothing extra on the day. Pick the collection that matches your job and we will confirm the load size and price before anything goes in the van.
01
Whole house clearances, partial clearouts, lofts, sheds and garages, plus end of tenancy jobs anywhere in Salcombe. It is the cheap rubbish removal Salcombe people recommend, because low prices come with proper paperwork. Every item is carried out by our team, and we sweep up afterwards.
02
A morning photo on WhatsApp is often enough to get your rubbish collected the same day, if a slot is free. Six days a week we keep same day slots open across Salcombe, always at a price fixed in advance. It makes clearing a Salcombe property far easier.
03
Grass, leaves, branches, soil, paving rubble and old sheds all go, loaded from the garden so the house stays clean. Wherever possible, green waste from Salcombe is composted or recovered instead of going to landfill. It is how we work across Salcombe.
04
Bulky furniture and appliances, from sofas and beds to fridges and washing machines, collected upstairs or down. Our bulky waste collection Salcombe service is priced by the space your items take up and nothing more. We set aside reusable pieces for donation whenever we can. It is one reason Salcombe keeps recommending us.
05
From a single office to a whole floor, we remove desks, chairs, equipment and fittings outside working hours if needed. We handle the commercial waste collection Salcombe businesses book weekly or monthly, with a transfer note each time. We document every load so your records are complete. That is what Salcombe customers tell us they value most.
06
Strip out waste, rubble, timber and plasterboard are cleared from site quickly, with no permit required. Loads from Salcombe sites are documented and materials are separated for recovery. Message us and we will reply quickly in Salcombe.
07
Carpets, underlay, broken furniture, bags of rubbish and everything else that has piled up. Unless it is hazardous, we can almost certainly take it from your Salcombe address. You can book it in a minute from Salcombe.
Phone us or send a WhatsApp photo, and we will work out the best way to clear it. It is all included when you book in Salcombe.
Man and van or skip for Salcombe site managers: the real costs
A skip is often the first thing people in Salcombe think of, but it pays to compare. You get a skip that blocks the drive for days, a council permit if it is on the road, and the job of filling it. A man and van collection works differently: we arrive in an agreed window, do all the loading, sweep up and go, and you pay only for the space used.
For one sofa, a loft clearout, a garden tidy or a few bags of rubble, a collection is usually quicker and often cheaper once permit and hire costs are added up. Builders, plumbers and fitters book our construction waste disposal Salcombe service to clear site waste between trades without a fortnight of skip hire. For a long project generating waste over several weeks, a skip can be the better choice, and we will be honest about it.

Why Apollo
A waste service is more than a van and two people. Here is what you can expect from Apollo in Salcombe. Book online or message us from anywhere in Salcombe.
We hold an upper tier waste carrier registration with the Environment Agency. Our details are on the public register for you to check. Salcombe customers are welcome to check first.
You will not pay by the hour or by weight. You pay exactly what you agreed before we started. It all starts with a quick photo from Salcombe.
Our vans are on Salcombe streets every week. We check parking and access ahead of time. Our Salcombe crews do this every week.
Licensed transfer stations sort every load. Materials are separated so as much as possible is recovered. Send a photo and our Salcombe team will take it from there.
Show us the pile and step back. Two of our team carry everything, upstairs included. That is why so many Salcombe customers book again.
Same day slots run across the area when we have space. You agree the fixed price before anything moves. We plan every Salcombe visit around you.
Fly tipping is a well known problem across Devon, and councils do prosecute. Few people realise that if rubbish from your home is fly tipped and traced to you, a fixed penalty of up to £600 can be issued to you even if someone else did the dumping. That is the gap between cheap rubbish removal Salcombe households regret and a low price that is done properly. Apollo issues a waste transfer note on every collection, meeting your duty of care and giving you waste disposal Salcombe residents can prove was done properly.
