Skips or vans for Sherborne customers: which is best
It is common in Sherborne to book a skip by default, even when a skip is not the best option. A skip sits on your drive or the road for days, needs a permit from the local council if it goes on the highway, and you do all the filling yourself. A man and van collection is different. We arrive inside an agreed window, load everything ourselves, sweep up and leave, and you pay only for the space your rubbish takes up.
If you have a single bulky item, a loft to clear, a garden to tidy or a few bags of rubble, a collection is normally faster and frequently cheaper than a skip. Our construction waste disposal Sherborne service suits builders and fitters, clearing rubble, plasterboard and strip out waste as the job progresses. A skip can still be the right choice for a project producing waste over several weeks, and we will tell you if so.
